A perfect floor finish requires the correct subfloor. Latexing provides an immaculate base to lay LVT, carpet tiles, vinyl and safety flooring. We can put a liquid DPM coat on if there isn’t already a dpm on the floor. Ardex NA can be used over most floor coverings, saving time as the need to uplift the old floor isn’t always required.
6mm flooring grade plywood is used over chipboard floors when you want to create an flat smooth finish for LVT and vinyl.
